Shipping, Returns & FAQs

SHIPPING

We ship orders Tuesday through Saturday, except on holidays. Most orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of being placed. We use USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority, and UPS Ground for shipping services. If you qualify for free shipping, the method your order ships will be determined by the size and weight of the package. 

RETURNS

If your pieces aren't everything you hoped they'd be, reach out! We're happy to help!

If, within 30 days, you still don't love your items: 

  • STEP 1: Package the item with a note on the packaging slip explaining the reason for your return or exchange. 

  • STEP 2: Mail it back to us at 3801 NW Cache Road, Suite 20, Lawton, OK 73505 (We do not pay for return shipping). 

  • STEP 3: Upon inspection, a refund or exchange will be processed within 14 days. If there is a price difference, you will be sent an invoice or refund notice via email.

The stuff we hate to say:

  • NO returns on sale or holiday items. 

  • NO returns on used or worn merchandise 

  • Items MUST be in the original packaging and/or all tags attached 

  • NO returns, exchanges, or adjustments after 30 days from the date of purchase.

FAQs

  1. Do you ship to APOS?

As a military town, YES! We will gladly ship to all APO/FPO/DPO addresses through USPS. These orders are treated as domestic shipments, but keep in mind they may require additional delivery time!

 2.  Is all product the same in store as online? 

Generally speaking, YES! Sizes/styles may sell out faster in store than online or vice versa. To make sure we have what you're looking for in store, you can always call The West Wing to verify before dropping by (or order online and select in sore pick up FREE)!

3.  If I select in store pick up, how long until my order is ready?

Typically, all orders can be picked up day of or next business day! All orders will be behind the counter at The West Wing. You may need your ID to collect your order. You will also receive an email when your order is ready for pick up.
